KEYNOTE SPEAKER

DON W. MARTENS Mr. Martens has more than 35 years of experience litigating
complex intellectual property cases in federal courts throughout the United
States and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Martens was
voted one of "The Top 10 patent attorneys in the World" by plc
Global Counsel Magazine; one of "The 20 Best patent attorneys in the
World" by Euromoney Legal Media Group; and, was past president of
the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Martens is a frequent
lecturer on litigation and other IP matters at the United States Patent
and Trademark Office, the American Intellectual Property Law Association,
and the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Association,
and the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section. Mr.
Martens frequently testifies as a patent expert witness, and serves as
a mediator for cases in numerous federal courts. He is currently a member
of the Advisory Council of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

JOSEPH R. RE Mr. Re has more than 18 years of experience litigating
all types of patent disputes in trial courts throughout the United States.
In addition to having an active trial practice, Mr. Re has also argued
numerous patent appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for
the Federal Circuit. He has served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Howard
T. Markey of the Federal Circuit and now represents clients in a wide
range of technologies and products, including computer peripherals, electronics,
software, biotechnology, medical devices, and laboratory equipment.

VITO A. CANUSO III Mr. Canuso has 12 years of experience litigating
complex intellectual property cases in federal courts throughout the United
States and before the International Trade Commission in Washington D.C.
Mr. Canuso's practice focuses both on enforcing the intellectual property
of his clients, and defending his clients against allegations of infringement.
His representation has involved a wide range of technologies, including
semiconductor processing equipment, telephony, medical devices, pharmaceuticals,
and automotive vehicles.

JOSEPH F. JENNINGS Mr. Jennings has 12 years of experience representing
clients in all types of intellectual property disputes, primarily focusing
on patent infringement litigation. He has represented clients in district
courts throughout the United States and before the Court of Appeals for
the Federal Circuit. He has a background in chemical engineering, and
his cases have involved a range of technologies, including chemicals,
pharmaceuticals, semiconductor processing, optics, thin film technology,
medical devices and surgical procedures.
